JoΓ«lle brings a strong chemistry foundation, graduating πππ¬πππ« π¨π ππ‘ππ¦π’πππ₯ ππ§π π’π§πππ«π’π§π ππππ‘π§π¨π₯π¨π π² at Ghent University, where she focused her ππ‘ππ¬π’π¬ π¨π§ π₯π’π π§π’π§ β building the kind of practical, application-oriented expertise we love.
Sheβs launching her PhD on the valorisation of lignin based on a sustainable process for high-performance, bio-based ingredients. JoΓ«lle will help us transform lignin into next-gen cosmetic components advancing circular chemistry from lab bench to market.
